Signature Reiki Session 2 hours | £225
Lumen is a signature Reiki session designed to support clarity, regulation and restoration.
Each session is fully immersive and entirely bespoke, shaped around your needs on the day. Held in a carefully prepared space, the session will include the intuitive use of Reiki, crystals, oils, oracle cards and other subtle sensory elements to support healing, balance and gentle realignment of the nervous system.
Lumen offers a grounding, personalised experience and can be an ideal entry point into energy work.

Restorative Treatment – Reiki & Sound Integration 2 hours | £275
Alchemy is a restorative treatment, shaped through years of practice, ongoing training and a deepening understanding of the body, energy and nervous system.
This fully immersive, entirely personalised session takes place in a specially held space and weaves together Reiki, crystals, oils, oracle cards, infrared light, Higher Dose PEMF mat, and sound integration. The sound will include a range of instruments including Chinese gongs, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, rattles, Ukrainian wind chimes and koshi bells.
Alchemy is designed for those seeking a profound reset and a deeper relationship with their own energy.

Four Person Sound Bath Experience £600 (£150 per person)
Resonance is a fully immersive group sound experience created to support collective regulation, rest and nervous system harmony.
Immerse yourself in the transformative power of soundbaths, where ethereal frequencies meet deep relaxation. Let the enchanting tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and hand percussion awaken your senses and elevate your mind, body, and spirit. This is a deeply intimate soundbath experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We begin in a warm, reverberant space with grounding breathwork and ceremonial cacao, setting the tone for your journey inward. Wrapped in cosy sheepskins and blankets, you’ll settle in and surrender as the healing sounds unfold around you.
In this soundbath, Ella will guide you with a blend of Chakra Cleansing, Crystal Bowls, and Reiki. Each session is uniquely tuned to the group’s intention, and Ella intuitively works with the energy of participants, creating a personalised and deeply supportive experience.
Resonance offers a shared yet deeply personal experience of healing, release and integration. These sessions can be a beautiful way to mark a birthday, transition or moment of connection with loved ones.
Sessions are offered in small groups of up to four people, with a limited number available each month.
