Hi there! I’m Ella, and I’m passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for deep connection and tender release through the modalities of Reiki, oils, crystals, chakra cleansing, and sound.

My own healing journey has shown me the profound benefits of Reiki and sound, guiding me toward a fully present and fulfilling life. I’m a Master Reiki Practitioner, certified in both Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western-style Reiki) and Usui Reiki Ryoho (Eastern-style Reiki). My journey into Reiki began in 2021 at the Reiki Academy London with the wonderful Torsten A Lange as my teacher.

My passion for teaching mindfulness to children inspired me to create Wave Mindful, where I shared the beauty of mindfulness and meditation. As a mother of three, I’ve seen how receptive children are to energy healing. After experiencing the transformative effects of Reiki in my own life and for my family, I felt called to deepen my knowledge and support others on their healing journeys.

I’ve also explored additional healing modalities, completing a course in Sacred Sound Ceremony and Healing with the incredible Anne Malone. 

My offerings are designed to support your healing and well-being while deepening your connection to your body and energetic centre. My goal is to help you connect with your truest self, create energetic balance, release tension, and find stillness—where we can truly listen to our gut and intuition.
